What does the rental include?

  • Paddleboard, travel backpack, 3-piece adjustable paddle, manual pump, coil leash and detachable fin

  • Adult sized life jacket

  • Safety essentials kit (includes a bailer bucket, waterproof flashlight, whistle, 50-ft nylon braided rope and float)

What are the paddle board specifications?

  • 11' x 33" x 6"

  • Capacity limit: 300 lbs

  • iSUP weighs 24 lbs and is similar to a hard board when fully inflated to 15 PSI max

  • Made from highly durable military-grade PVC material with single layer and drop-stitch construction

What is your policy for damaged rentals?

Reasonable wear and tear is expected. In the case of excessive damage, we may require the renter to replace or pay for the cost of repairs to return the iSUP to a reasonable condition.

Can I pick-up outside of your standard hours?

Our standard pick-up times are between 9 am - 11 am. Please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

How do I setup the iSUP?

We recommend you familiarize yourself with setting up a inflatable stand-up paddleboard by watching this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdrN3E-0FOE. There are minor variations between models, please let us know if you have any questions or are unsure of how to set it up. Upon request, a demonstration can also be provided at pick-up.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit is required.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Email money transfer, cash or PayPal (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX).

When can I return the iSUP?

Drop off is no later than 8 pm or as agreed upon on the day of pick-up.

Where do I pick-up the iSUP?

Pick up of the iSUP rental will be in Humber Bay Shores in South Etobicoke - 60 Annie Craig Drive. For alternative pick-up locations, email us at info@torontosupventures.ca.

What happens if I'm late returning the iSUP?

An extended rental fee will be applied to all late returns. That said, we can appreciate, and understand, that adventuring means you might come up against situations that are beyond your control. If this happens to you, kindly let us know as soon as you are affected and we’ll see how we can help accommodate your situation.
